These crumpled edged green leaves are much prized. Chop up and serve raw in salads. Also added to soups and are a central part of Japanese dishes. They also make a great wrap for baked fish.
I wrap around pork and fry slowly, cut at a chefs gaunty angle and serve, also great done the same way with fish!
